My interest in this field began with my own experience as a client. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck while trying to hold everything together. Therapy gave me a space to be honest, understood, and supported—and it changed my life.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, focused on building insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools for lasting change.

How can I help?
I provide trauma-informed, client-centered psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies to support your mental health and well-being.
I offer individual therapy for teens (13+) and adults in a warm, non-judgmental space. Together, we work through anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, health concerns, and those moments when life just feels overwhelming or stuck. Sessions are collaborative, tailored to you, and focused on building resilience and meaningful change.
