Psychotherapy Services
I am currently providing therapy in person, online, and over the phone. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to every session. I integrate evidence-based psychology techniques, mindfulness, strategies and coping skills to support your mental health and well-being.

I offer individual psychotherapy sessions for teens (13+) and adults in a non-judgmental, supportive space. Sessions are available in 60- and 90-minute formats depending on your needs. You might be navigating anxiety, depression, or burnout. You could also be dealing with health concerns, trauma, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Our work together focuses on building emotional resilience and creating meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you!

Therapy Sessions & Fees
I offer 50-minute sessions for children, youth, and adults. I also offer longer 80-minute sessions for more in-depth work. Sessions are conducted virtually or in person.
